Plugin License

Plugins license falls under GPL v2 which can be found here in full format or in plugin itself. Support and automatic updates are subject of valid license key and valid license holder.

Design set license

Design sets

Following products:

• Wireframes for Breakdance
• Wireframes for Figma
• Sites for Breakdance

are design sets and in following text they will be referred as design sets. All mentioned products as design sets are subject of Design set license

Headspinui.com grants you an on-going, non-exclusive license to use the design sets.

The license grants permission to one individual (the Licensee) to access and use design sets.

You can:

• Use the design sets to create unlimited End Products.
• Use the design sets to create End Products that are open source and freely available to End Users.
• Use the design sets to create unlimited End Products for unlimited Clients.
• Use the design sets to create End Products where the End Product is sold to End Users.
• Modify the design sets to create design sets. Those components and templates are subject to this license.

You cannot:

• Use the design sets to create End Products that are designed to allow an End User to build their own End Products using design sets or derivatives of design sets.
• Re-distribute design sets or derivatives of design sets separately from an End Product, neither in code or as design assets.
• Share your access to the design sets with any other individuals.
• Use the design sets to produce anything that may be deemed by Headspin UI in their sole and absolute discretion, to be competitive or in conflict with the business of Headspin UI service.

Example usage

Examples of usage allowed by the license:

• Creating a personal website by yourself.
• Creating a website for a client that will be owned by that client.
• Creating a commercial website where end users have to pay a fee to use the application.
• Creating a web application where the primary purpose is clearly not to simply re-distribute the components (like a conference organization app that uses the components for its UI for example) that is free and open source, where the source code is publicly available.

Examples of usage not allowed by the license:

• Creating a repository of your favorite Headspin UI design sets (or derivatives based on Headspin UI design sets) and publishing it publicly.
• Creating a UI library using Headspin UI design sets and making it available either for sale or for free.
• Converting a Headspin UI template to another framework and making it available either for sale or for free.
• Creating a Figma or Sketch UI kit based on the design sets.

In simple terms, use Headspin UI for anything you like as long as it doesn’t compete with Headspin UI. If something is not clear, please reach us so we could tell you is your use case proper for Design set license.

Distribution of designs sets from the Headspin Copilot plugin

GPL v2 license applies only for plugin code, designs delivered inside as workflow enhancers are not licensed under GPL v2.

Headspin Copilot plugin does not include design sets.

Designs delivered inside Headspin Copilot plugin are subject of Design set license.

Re-distribution of plugin

Plugin does fall in open-source as WordPress plugin and follows community standards, while we would encourage everyone to get legitimate license for support and updates we are aware that everyone won’t follow this path.

Every re-distributed copy of our plugins that is not obtained from headspinui.com is not subject of support and automatic updates. And we have no responsibility for damages that could be caused by unsupported products re-distributed from other sources.

Valid license key and valid license holder

Valid license key is any license key that you have obtained via headspinui.com

Valid license holder is person or organization that holds license key obtained via headspinui.com and agreeing to license, Terms and Conditions of headspinui.com products.

Product

Plugin or design set that you obtained access via headspinui.com and that you have under your account on headspinui.com

Product bundle

Two or more products that you’ve obtained access via headspinui.com and that you have under your account on headspinui.com

Product bundle license

Headspinui.com does not provide separate license for product bundles. Each product you’ve obtained access via headspinui.com and that you have under your account on headspinui.com is subject of its own license as described above.
